Kinder Ninja's
A fun first step onto the mats for 4 year olds. Movement, balance and listening skills built through play-based drills.

Kids Shootfighting
Striking and grappling basics split into two age groups. Coordination, confidence and safe contact at the right level for each age.

Teens Classes
A space for teenagers to train hard, build discipline and make friends on the mats with coaching that meets them where they are.
What a class looks like
A typical kids or teens class at Spektrum runs through four simple stages.
Arrive
Come in comfortable clothes you don't mind getting grabbed. A t-shirt and shorts work. Bring a water bottle.
Warm up
We start every class with a structured warm-up to get the body moving and the mind focused.
Skill work
Kids learn one technique at a time, with plenty of repetition and coaching so each movement sticks.
Games & sparring
Age-appropriate drills and controlled games put the skills into practice. For teens, this includes supervised sparring.
